NYC Buildings Removes Illegal OTR Billboards From 174 Broadway

Taking a cue from the City of Toronto, the NYC Department of Buildings has removed illegal billboards from 174 Broadway making our NYC buddies at IllegalBillboards.org happy.
The signs were operated by OTR Media Group.
