Titan Outdoor just picked up a blatantly illegal location on Bathurst Street south of College that was abandoned earlier this year by, of all companies, Maxximum Outdoor.
This is what it looked like when Maxximum operated the sign, which is operating under a non-illuminated mural permit issued to Murad:
