We have caught CBS Outdoor backing up another roof sign without a permit.
This time it’s in North York at 3029 Bathurst Street.

In 1997 Pattison Outdoor stole CBS/Mediacom’s lease for the roof signs at 3044 Yonge Street. Problem is, Mediacom’s signs were non-conforming and could not be removed and replaced without City Council’s approval.
Pattison Outdoor applied for a variance to replace Mediacom’s signs with back-to-back 14′x48′ signs. The Toronto Land Use Committee actually recommend that City Council [...]

Seven years ago, Mediacom operated three roof signs at 1540 Bloor Street West, at the north-west corner of Bloor West and Dundas West. You can see Mediacom’s three signs in this photograph, published on Transit Toronto. Two of Mediacom’s signs were 10′x20′ and one was a 14′x48′.
