IMA Outdoor plans on building an illegal billboard at 82 Spadina Avenue.  Check out this page from the company’s web site:

That’s 82 Spadina. Problem is, unlike most outdoor companies, IMA Outdoor has never posted a sign location on their web site that they didn’t eventually build. This is what 82 Spadina looks like today:

The existing first-party signs at this location cannot be replaced with a third-party sign because the IMA location does not conform to the signs by-law on account of the location’s proximity (within 60m) to other third-party signs and its height above the fourth floor of the building.
