We took this photograph of Pattison Outdoor’s Bathurst and Dundas billboard in August 2007:

Since then the large trees were entirely removed. We took this photograph today:

    That’s depressing. Is it legal for them to remove trees?

    It is absolutely illegal. Why is this being allowed?
    I say we go find Mr. Pattison’s opulent BC home and destroy some of his trees. F U Jim - how dare you flaunt the law… you should be slapped like a spoiled child.

    Actually I don’t think the tree removal was illegal, just reprehesible. The city only protects larger (30cm diameter) trees.
