Our ongoing coverage of the million dollar scam that Elio Monaco and Roy Dzeko are pulling at 10 Wickman Road continues today.

We hope for Elio Monaco’s sake that he was telling the truth under oath. Although Elio Monaco’s best man at his wedding was Roy Dzeko; and although Roy Dzeko was present on September 10, 2007, when the 10 Wickman variance was approved; we hope that Elio Monaco’s story, the one he told under oath, about how he suddenly came to have the idea, in September 2007, to develop a sign at 10 Wickman Road, is true.

We have obtained the Ontario Superior Court decision in the case [PDF]. It is under appeal. Another trial will be conducted in order to force the Dzeko Scammers to perform the lease:

The original numbed company which placed a bid on 10 Wickman Road on behalf of the scammers, 854338 Ontario Limited, is a corporation controlled by Elio Monaco and was at one point a registered shareholder of the following publicly traded penny stocks: Endurance Fund Corp, Leadership Fund, Metals Creek Resources and NSP Pharma Corp. 854338 also held a stake in First Canadian Capital Markets.
