Happy Rainy Summertime
It’s been one of the wettest summers on record for the City of Toronto. The result for billboard watchers is innumerable moments of zen all across the city as paper sign copy gets wet and falls off plywood backing, like this one from Astral Media’s sign at the southwest corner of King Street East and Parliament Street.
