Something interesting just happened on the most depressing stretch of Eastern Avenue. Something’s up and we think Pattison stealing a valuable roof sign lease from CBS Outdoor has something to do with it. This is what the roof of 150 Eastern Avenue used to look like:

Those roof sign structures have now been totally removed. Our man on the street snapped these photos last week:

We’ll be watching Pattison very closely. Rebuilding these signs would be illegal.
