City of Burlington Orders Pattison to “Dismantle” Pillars on Municipal Lots by February 4, 2008.

On January 11th we wrote about the illegal pillars that Pattison Outdoor installed on City of Burlington-owned properties in downtown Burlington. We have been informed by Burlington’s Chief Building Official that the City has ordered the six pillars dismantled by February 4, 2008.

We expect a variance application and we will be there to oppose it.

Regarding the tri-vison signs, the City of Burlington has laid charges against Pattison with respect two tri-vision signs which have permits for posterboard only.

    Way to go Rami!!!!

It is too bad that not all City officials are able to appreciate the information and effort you bring to the table in order to help them enforce their own By-laws.

Great to see that these 6 mini monstrosities are going to be dismantled.

    Fantastic!
It’s nice to see someone take the initiative and time and stop these illegal signs from littering the streets of such a beautiful city! Good work!
