Roy Dzeko, leasing agent for CBS Outdoor and formerly Astral Media’s leasing man, wrote a letter to North York Community Council in support of CBS’ variance application for an extra 10′x20′ face at 3684 Bathurst Street. Here is Dzeko’s best attempt to persuade our City Councillors that they should grant his variance:
