Clarification: The sign is located across the street from an illegal sign, at the Chinadoll restaurant. That sign was recently removed and didn’t trigger 60M separation requirements. The 60M requirements were triggered by the legal 12′x16′ Pattison roof sign at the north-west corner of College/Clinton.
